A trusted relationship, even just this one, can be the beginning of feeling less alone in what you carry.
Repeated, embodied practices — prayer, liturgy, a walk you always take — give shape and meaning to time.
Beliefs about who you are and what your life means quietly organize how you interpret everything else. Naming them is the first step to questioning them.
Encounters with the sacred don't always feel comfortable. Sometimes growth begins with a challenge to how you saw yourself.
People often describe seeing their circumstances differently after a season of this work — not because anything changed, but because they did.
Many directees describe moments — sometimes small, sometimes overwhelming — of feeling met by something beyond themselves.
